1.Revenue Split:
Revenue Split Policy at Baacumen
To ensure fairness and motivation for our instructors
while maintaining the viability of Baacumen, we have established the following
revenue split policy:
Standard Revenue Split:
Instructor-Led Sales:

For live classes, the instructor will receive 80% of the net amount.
· For digital and physical product sale 90% of net amount
·
Consulting and mentorship service 90% percent of the net
amount
· Online or prerecorded classes the instructor will receive 90% of the net amount.
Subscription-Based Courses:

For courses offered under a subscription
model, instructors will receive a proportional share of the subscription
revenue, calculated based on engagement metrics such as course completion rates
and student feedback.
Bundled Course Sales:
·
In the case of courses sold as part of a
bundle, the revenue will be split amongst the contributing instructors based on
their individual course's share in the bundle.
Special Promotions and Discounts:
·
During promotional events or when offering
discounts, instructors may experience a different revenue split, which will be
communicated in advance.
Timely Payouts:
·
Revenue earned by instructors will be
calculated monthly and disbursed within 5 days of after class started,
following a review and reconciliation process.
Transparent Reporting:
·
Instructors will have access to detailed
reports outlining their earnings, sales data, and other relevant metrics to
ensure complete transparency.
Performance based.
·
Tiered Revenue Sharing Based on
Performance: Implement a system where instructors who consistently deliver
high-quality courses with good engagement and completion rates are rewarded
with an additional 2% percentage of revenue share after cost deduction.

Special Incentives for Top Performers:
Offer additional bonuses of 1% revenue shares for top-performing courses or
instructors. If you are in another additional sharing the bonus will not exceed 3%
·
Collaborative Revenue Opportunities: Baacumen
Encourage and provide additional revenue opportunities for instructors who
collaborate on courses or cross-promote other instructors' courses up to 1%
additional revenue shares.
Pricing and transparency
· Flexibility and Control for Instructors: Instructors have full flexibility in setting course prices within a certain range, which can help them cater to different student segments.
· Transparent and Detailed Reporting: Instructors have the right detailed and transparent reporting on their earnings, course performance, and student engagement metrics. This transparency builds trust and helps instructors understand and improve their courses
This revenue split policy is designed to inventively
align with our instructors' efforts and contributions, fostering a mutually

Payment Thresholds:
Baacumen has minimum earnings thresholds before payouts to instructors are
made. The minimum earnings threshold is $150.

Payment Schedule:
Baacumen Clearly state that there is no any time frame for payout as long as it
meet the minimum requirement any instructor can request payout.

Refund Policies:
Refund Policy at Baacumen
At Baacumen, we understand the importance of
flexibility and fairness in our refund policy. Our goal is to ensure that our
learners have a positive and rewarding educational experience. With this in
mind, we have established the following refund policy:

Standard Refund Period: We offer a 2 -day
refund period for all our courses. If for any reason you are not satisfied with
a course, you can request a full refund within this period.

Refund Request Process: To request a
refund, please contact our support team at
learn@baacumen.com . Provide your course details and the reason for the
refund. Our team will review your request and process it promptly.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are applicable
only for courses purchased directly through Baacumen Courses accessed via
third-party providers or promotional vouchers may not be eligible for refunds.

Refund Limitations: Certain content, like
downloadable resources or completed courses with a certificate of completion,
may be exempt from refunds. We encourage learners to review the course content
thoroughly before making a purchase.

Processing Refunds: Once approved, refunds
are processed to the original method of payment and can take up to 15 business
days to reflect in your account.
·
Course Removal: Upon the processing of a
refund, access to the course will be revoked, and any progress or completion
status will be removed.

Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of
exceptional circumstances or technical issues from our end, we may extend the
refund period or offer alternative solutions such as course credits.

refund is requested to help us improve our offerings.
