Baacumen Refund Policy

Baacumen is dedicated to providing a comprehensive
educational experience through our array of courses and consulting services.
This policy outlines the terms for refunds across our bootcamps, online
courses, live classes, and consulting services.
Bootcamps
- Full
Refund: Participants are eligible for a full refund, minus processing
fees, if they request cancellation by the end of the second live class of
the bootcamp.
- No
Refunds: No refunds will be issued after the second live class.
Online Courses
- Free
Trial Period: Online courses may offer a free trial period. No charge is
incurred if a course is dropped within this period.
- No
Refunds After Trial: After the free trial period, no refunds are
available.
Live Classes (Courses longer than one week)
- Refunds,
minus processing fees, are available if requested by the end of the second
day of the class.
- No
Refunds: No refunds will be issued after the second day.
Live Classes (Courses less than a week)
- Full
Refund: A full refund, minus processing fees, is available if cancellation
occurs before the second session.
- No
Refunds: No refunds will be issued after the first session.
Consulting Services (1:1 Calls and Webinars)
- No
Refunds: Consulting services, including 1:1 calls and webinars, are not
eligible for refunds.
- Rescheduling:
If a client is not satisfied with the service, rescheduling is possible
based on availability and mutual agreement.
- Satisfaction
Guarantee: If the service does not meet the client's expectations, a
one-time refund may be granted at Baacumen's discretion.
Account Creation
- Creating
an account on Baacumen is free. There are no fees for account creation or
maintenance.
Duplicate Payments
- In
cases of duplicate payments, a full refund, including processing fees,
will be issued upon verification. Contact our customer support for
assistance.
Chargebacks
- We
maintain a strict no-tolerance policy for chargebacks. Once a digital
product (course or material) is accessed or downloaded, it is considered
consumed.
- Digital
Products: Digital products are non-refundable and not eligible for
returns, as they are considered consumed once accessed or downloaded.
Processing Fees
- All
refunds are subject to a processing fee, which will be deducted from the
refund amount. The fee amount varies based on the transaction and payment
method.
Modifications
Baacumen reserves the right to modify this refund policy at
any time. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically to stay informed of
any changes.
