Bootcamp Instructor (FinTech)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bootcamp
Instructor to lead and deliver our FinTech program. This role is ideal for
individuals who are passionate about finance and technology, and who are eager
to share their knowledge and experience in a dynamic, interactive online
learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver
Engaging Content: Facilitate engaging, interactive
online sessions that cover the FinTech curriculum, including topics such
as Financial Programming, Machine Learning Applications in Finance,
Blockchain, Cryptocurrency, AI in FinTech, and more.
- Curriculum
Development: Collaborate in the ongoing
development and refinement of the course content to ensure it remains
current and relevant to industry trends and standards.
- Student
Support and Guidance: Provide one-on-one mentorship
and support to students, helping them understand complex concepts, guiding
them through projects, and offering career advice.
- Assessment
and Feedback: Conduct assessments to gauge
student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Industry
Relevance: Continuously update course
materials and teaching methods to reflect the latest trends and
advancements in the FinTech sector.
- Collaboration
and Networking: Work closely with fellow
instructors and industry professionals to create a robust learning
environment and network.
Requirements:
- Advanced
Degree: A Master's degree or higher in
Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of
professional experience in the financial and technology sectors, with a
solid understanding of FinTech innovations and practices.
- Teaching
Experience: Prior experience in teaching or
training, especially in a remote or online setting, is highly desirable.
- Communication
Skills: Excellent verbal and written
communication skills, with an ability to convey complex concepts in a
clear and engaging manner.
- Technological
Proficiency: High level of comfort with digital
tools and platforms for online education.
- Passion
